I rode my bike down to Chinatown this afternoon and brought my camera. Spent some time in Ping Tom Park watching trains go over the elevating bridge and then at Chinatown Square where all the restaurants and stores sell things from the other side of the world. I would have taken pictures inside the stores, but was afraid the owners wouldn’t appreciate it. Instead I was content to just walk around the neighborhood, snapping away at whatever was available on the streets. On the way home I stopped at Grant Park to take some more photos of flowers and a crazy sculpture made of mufflers and other car parts.
About Me
“Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up”
-Pablo Picasso
I was drawing shortly after I could walk. I was creating worlds and characters in my mind and on paper before I could write my own name. I’ve spent the majority of my life painting, drawing, filming, photographing, writing and creating to make sense of this wonderful world.
Now I make short films mostly.
